FAQ

What’s the difference between the Live kit and the Video pack?

Both look the same and both move. The Live kit runs live inside OBS or Streamlabs, so it can show a real countdown, a timer while you’re away, and you can change your details yourself. The Video pack is ready-made video files with your name already in them. It’s simpler, but it can’t count down or change.

Which one should I pick?

If you stream with OBS or Streamlabs, pick the Live kit. If you use something else, or you just want to drag files in and go, pick the Video pack.

What’s a “browser source”?

It’s a type of source in OBS and Streamlabs that shows a web page on your stream. Our Live kit scenes are small web pages saved on your computer, so you add them as a Browser source. Our guide shows every click. You don’t need to know anything about websites.

Does the Video pack move?

Yes. The scenes are animated videos that loop. They just can’t show live information like a countdown or a timer.

How do I install it?

Live kit: unzip the folder somewhere it will stay. In OBS, add a Browser source, tick Local file, and pick the scene file. The guide walks you through it with pictures.

Video pack: drag the video file into your scene. That’s it.

Can I change my name or socials later?

With a Live kit, yes. You change them yourself in one settings file, and the guide shows you how. With a Video pack, your details are built into the videos, so just ask us and we’ll send updated files.

What do “Order this kit” and “Just copy my settings” do?

Both copy the settings you picked on the Personalise page, so you can paste them into your order. “Order this kit” also takes you to checkout. Paste them (Ctrl+V) into the box that says “Paste your settings here” so we know what to put in your kit.

I forgot to paste my settings. What now?

No problem. Reply to your order email with your channel name, socials and the kit you picked, or send the preview link from the Personalise page.

What about refunds?

Refund policy to be confirmed. Because each kit is made personally for you, please check the preview carefully before ordering. If something in your files is wrong, we'll fix it.

Do you take custom work?

Yes: new colourways, a different character or theme, extra scenes, or a full custom kit built around your logo. Get in touch through the shop and describe what you have in mind.

Will it slow down my stream?

The scenes are designed for the moments you're not playing (starting, break, ending), and OBS only runs them while the scene is showing. The in-game overlay is kept lightweight.
